Biography:

Prof. Abdul-Aziz Iddrisu is currently a senior lecturer in banking and finance at the Banking Technology and Finance Department of Kumasi Technical University, Ghana. He completed his PhD from the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, South Africa, one of Africa's pride in the league of top universities in the world. His doctoral work investigated monetary policy characterization and transmission effectiveness at the national and regional levels in inflation targeting context. He holds an MSc in Finance and Management from Cranfield University's School of Management, one of UK's elite business schools. He also holds a BA in Economics and Law from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.

Dr. (Mrs) Gladys Tuo is a Senior Lecturer in the Procurement and Supply Chain Management Department. She is a chartered member of Procurement and Supply (CIPS-UK). She has both industrial and teaching experience in procurement and supply chain management. She has nine years of industrial experience in procurement and inventory management. She has taught procurement and supply chain related courses for eleven years. She holds PhD. in Management Science and Engineering from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China,  MSc. Supply Chain Management from Coventry University, Graduate Diploma and Diploma in Purchasing and Supply from CIPS-UK, and Kumasi Technical University.

Dr Mrs Adwoa Benewaa Brefo-Manuh is a Senior Lecturer in the Management Studies Department. She has twenty-four (24) years of teaching experience at all levels of education in Ghana, from the basic and Secondary School levels for fifteen (15) years before joining the Tertiary Level. She has nine (9) years of experience as a University Faculty Member. Dr Brefo-Manuh joined Kumasi Technical University in 2012 and has since been lecturing, researching and mentoring students.

Dr. Alexander Otchere Fianko has, twenty-two (22) years of teaching experience at all levels of education in Ghana, from Primary to Tertiary Levels. Since I joined Kumasi Technical University, I have contributed heavily, in teaching, research and students’ development services. Moreover, before joining the University, I was the longest serving Chief Executive Officer of Eman Capital Microfinance – a leading Microfinance Company in Ghana. I was also the General Manager of Ghintex Ltd, a trading company that is specialized in oil marketing, supermarket business, restaurant, and Allied services. I am also a faculty member of Ghana Association of Microfinance Companies (GAMC) Training Center.
